[The famous chicken wings are very delicious and reasonably priced]

 “Delicious!” It’s surprising to learn that these deliciously grilled chicken wings used to be sold for 10 yen for three pieces. The “Specialty Chicken Wings” menu item, which has been on the menu since the restaurant first opened, is now offered at a reasonable price, but it’s still a bargain! According to the owner, “We never use frozen chicken wings, we always prepare them fresh,” making it a dish that is made without compromise. When asked why the restaurant’s signature dish is offered at such a low price, he said, “It’s a service to our regular customers, and we’re happy if they just have a drink with the chicken wings as a snack.”

It has been 50 years since it was founded. It moved to its current location in 1997, but its regular customers have not left. It is a locally based restaurant, serving Chinese and Japanese cuisine. They also do delivery, so most of their customers are locals, but many people come from far away to try the chicken wings and their specialty, “shira ebi” (white shrimp). “Shira ebi” is made by lightly coating white shrimp caught in the Ariake Sea with batter and deep frying them, and it is very delicious and crispy, so it is easy to understand why regular customers come back again and again for this texture.

This restaurant is loved by both locals and people from far away. As it is located along a moat, the owner said with a smile, “Tourists are welcome to come as well.”
